"I had been with state farm for over 15 years. They have no customer loyalty and they do not educate their customers on their coverage. I recently cancelled when I found another insurance carrier who provided me with more coverage for less money. When I cancelled and requested a refund I have gotten nothing but a run around. I'm happy that I am no longer with State Farm and this particular office. They are not knowledgeable and their customer service is poor."
